Yes. We are certified through the Georgia Sheriffs’ Association, which oversees process server certification in Georgia. This certification requires passing a comprehensive examination on Georgia service-of-process laws administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts, maintaining the required bonding and insurance, and completing five hours of continuing education each year.

Because Georgia has hundreds of courts, it isn’t possible to be appointed in every jurisdiction. Contact us to confirm appointment for your specific court. Please note that court appointments are not required for Georgia subpoenas, U.S. District Court cases, or matters issued from courts outside of Georgia.

Yes. Once service is completed, we provide a notarized Affidavit of Service for filing with the court. This sworn document confirms that service was completed in accordance with all legal requirements.

Every service includes a preliminary address verification. Many service addresses come from accident reports that may be six months to a year old, so we confirm the recipient’s current location before making attempts. We also use a strategic, well-planned approach to each serve to maximize the likelihood of successful service

Yes. We can provide photos and GPS coordinates to document where and when service was completed, giving you added verification for your records.

What are the options if someone is hard to serve?

We offer skip tracing to identify additional addresses and possible locations for service. If needed, we can also arrange surveillance to attempt service at a workplace or other known location at the right time, typically billed at an hourly wait-time rate. We’ll review the circumstances with you and develop a plan that gives us the best chance of completing service successfully.
